Everything on booking, pricing, and our services — in plain language.
Cancellation policy
A valid credit card is required to schedule in advance. Guests who cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time — or no-show — are charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) as a cancellation fee to the card on file. The fee is non-refundable and not redeemable for services or products. To avoid it, cancel before the 24-hour window.
Why do prices differ between team members?
Individual session prices are based on level of experience, technical skill, demand, and personal performance.
What is community pricing?
Community pricing is our way of honoring each team member's value while offering a scale for guests who can't pay full price. We simply ask "what price feels good and sustainable for you?" Team members have a range — e.g. a master stylist at 250 will honor a scale of 150–250. To use it, book a "community cut" or "community color" and we'll consult and save your price for next time.
Coily hair services
Come with hair detangled. Color includes a deep conditioning treatment; a trim isn't included but can be added on. High-lift color or bleach may loosen coils, but we use K18 throughout to protect integrity. Wash-and-go is included with custom color, and we offer a K18 Silk Press finish option. Silk press won't heat-damage curls — K18 protects them, and our stylists are mindful of heat.
Dry cuts — why cut dry?
Dry hair doesn't lie. We cut after hair is cleaned and dried so we can manage length and density with accuracy.
Are men's haircuts less expensive than women's?
No — it's illegal to price services based on gender. An excellent men's cut takes as much skill and often more time than long layers. We offer complimentary touch-ups between haircuts for all short cuts.
Touch-ups
Complimentary touch-ups between haircuts for short cuts and fringe — limited to the neckline or fringe line, one-time between full-service appointments. Takes about 15 minutes in salon.
Extensions
We offer extension services to create volume and length, with many application options. A consultation and deposit are required so your provider can determine what's best for you.
Keratin smoothing
We use Uberliss — soft, silky, frizz-free hair for 3–4 months, enriched with Keratin, Buriti, and Cysteine. Keratin treatments don't straighten hair; they limit frizz and may loosen curl.
Consultations
Complimentary consultations for cut, color, keratin, extensions, and styling (required for extensions). New and unsure who to see? Take advantage of this — we want you to find your person.
K18 treatment
We use a patented K18 treatment during processing and sell take-home treatments at all salons. It's clinically proven to repair, strengthen, and restore elasticity — up to 85% strength restored on the first treatment, permanent repair over consecutive applications, and it won't wash out.
