Education is our foundation. Every stylist who stands behind a Spoke & Weal chair is trained in-house, in the technique that defines us.
Spoke & Weal Studios is where our craft is taught and kept consistent across every city. New artists join a structured program in precision dry-cutting and custom color, then move to the floor under the mentorship of senior stylists — so a cut in Soho feels like a cut in San Francisco.

Foundations
The dry-cut philosophy: reading density, length, and texture before a single section is taken. Posture, sectioning, and tension.

From single-process to balayage and correction — formulation, placement, and the chemistry behind color that grows out beautifully.
The Floor
Supervised guest work, consultations, and styling — moving from model sessions to the chair under a senior artist's mentorship.
